• We will ship your packages for you? Your choice of U.S. Post Office, UPS or Fed Ex. Avoid the holiday rush an the Post Office and enjoy coffee with a friend instead!
• We are happy to special order an item for you if we do not have it?
• We can create beautiful gift baskets or packages for either business clients or that hard to please family member?
• We have a no-hassle return policy and gift registry? (Tell your husband to come on down!)
• Not sure how a piece of furniture or artwork will look in your home? Take it on approval.
• Some of our robes, towels and throws can be monogrammed?
• If you would like a floral arrangement for a particular vase (or have one that needs freshening) you can bring it in and we will create one for you?

• That we want to surprise you in every way? Some ways we have surprised our customers lately: Need to fax something? Use our machine. Need to check your email? Use our computer. Thirsty? we have drinking water, tea and on occasion an alcoholic beverage. Hungry? We always have snacks on hand. Chocolate, apples, cheese, cookies... it varies. Our snacks are your snacks. Need some design inspiration? Borrow a magazine or book or two. Special requests? We are happy to call you when an item you are waiting for arrives. Can't decide what to make for a special meal? We are happy to share some of our favorite recipes.
